Questions: 1. Discuss the different organizational, team and individual problems noticed by you in this case. 2. Explain the different values and ethical issues to be addressed in this organization you have read about. 3. Discuss and present the case in class with the possible solutions you could suggest to resolve the issue in the case. Justify your suggestions. Answers: (1). Many problems are there those can be identified in the case study of Northern County Legal Services. All of these problems are stated below: Organizational problem The first and very vital organizational problem is in the organizations working environment. The environment in which the staffs of the organization work is very uncomfortable. The office is not specious for providing the comfort to the clients as well as employees. At the same time, the furniture is not perfect for work and facilities of the organization are very less. Team problem The team bonding is missing. The employees are not that much serious and responsible about their work. Due to this, they do same mistakes again and again. They do not even attain the monthly meeting on time. Individual problem Individual problem can be identified in the behavior of Christina. She fails to manage her personal problem during the working time. Employees are more concerned to their personal issues than the organizations problems. (2). The organization has no strict rule for the clients for making the appointment. At the same time, the employees do not care about achieving the organizational goal. They do not care about the urgency of the client rather they are more concerned about the meetings. Moreover, the employees are not willing to help each other. (3). The problems identified in the case study can be solved by the following ways: The higher-level employees like, Julie needs to be more strict about the work of the employees[1] The employees need to be more punctual and serious so that they can complete their work properly The employees must be more concerned about the clients problems than their personal issues to satisfy the clients The organization needs to arrange for more fund in order to make a better infrastructure.
